Rhino Wrestling Has It’s First MMA Champion

On 8/9/08 at The House of Blues in Atlantic City’s Showboat Casino Chris Wing won the 174.9 lbs title for the New Breed Fighters promotion in very impressive fashion. So impressive, in fact, that he didn’t have to throw a punch. Chris’ opponent Terrence McDonald of Evolutionary Fight Club withdrew from the fight due to an injury that occurred in the pre-fight stair-down, I mean, warm-ups.  Chris has trained with us here at Rhino wrestling for the last 6 months and has made great strides forward. We’re very proud of his progress as a fighter and would like to wish him all the luck in the world as he continues his career as a fighter.
